About The Position
Parkland Baptist Church in Winter Haven, Florida, is seeking a Christ-centered shepherd who loves people, communicates God's Word with clarity, and leads with humility and grace. This close-knit, gospel-driven congregation has deep roots and open hearts, and after more than 60 years of faithful ministry, they are praying for the right pastor to guide them into a new chapter. The ideal candidate will value Scripture, model servant leadership, and have a heart to reach the next generation while caring well for the whole church family. The church is looking for a leader who is spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and relational, someone who listens well, loves people deeply, and enjoys serving alongside others in a spirit of unity.
