About The Position

As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful revenue growth and product adoption among our largest and most strategic property management company (PMC) partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these enterprise partners maximize their use of the Flex product suite, while fostering long-term relationships that fuel our mutual success. You will be the trusted advisor for PMCs, shaping how they experience Flex and helping them unlock the full value of our product. By leveraging your strategic account management expertise, you will identify opportunities to expand Flex’s footprint within each partner’s portfolio and deepen engagement. Your ability to understand the unique needs of each partner and customize solutions with cross-functional support teams will directly contribute to our revenue retention and growth.
