The City of O'Fallon is looking for an energetic, organized and customer-focused team member for the position of Lead Part Time Recreation Assistant at the Renaud Center. Our Lead Part Time Recreation Assistants enjoy a fun work environment, with plenty of variety in their workdays. The rate of pay is $16.25 hourly. The hours for this position typically include nights and weekends, approximately 10 - 20 hours per week. What it's like to be a Lead PT Recreation Assistant As a Part-Time Lead Recreation Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of community engagement! In this role, you will answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors, providing essential information and assistance to enhance their experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating records, such as attendance, inventory, basic financial transactions, and ensuring smooth operations. You'll register program participants, manage fees, and assist residents with their reservations for recreation facilities. You'll handle membership applications, perform cashier functions, operate the point-of-sale register, prepare deposits, and reconcile daily cash reports. Finally, you'll play a key role by processing resident ID Card applications and producing the ID cards. Does this sound like you?
