Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in valet operations or related roles
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local parking regulations and driving laws
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead a team of valet attendants and ensure smooth operation of the valet department
Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and assisting with their parking needs
Coordinate parking operations, including traffic flow and vehicle organization
Train and mentor valet attendants on service standards, safety procedures, and driving techniques
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and parking transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle guest concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
