About The Position

As a Lead Painter at Sodexo, you are an appearance advocate and site sustainer. We will rely on your expertise to identify and maintain the exterior and interior appearance of the property.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
3 or more years of related work experience.
May require apprenticeship training.
Possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Act as the functional leader of an assigned crew, related to the maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas.
Paint, varnish, stain, enamel, lacquer and redecorate walls, woodwork, and fixtures
Fills nail hole, joints, and cracks in walls with plaster or other filler
Estimates time and material costs on painting and redecorating projects
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
