Requirements

• Pack, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. of merchandise
• Ability to supervise
• Organizational skills
• Time Management skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Conduct business-related mathematics and analyze data as required

Nice To Haves

• Pastry experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position, including standing for extended periods and possibly in refrigerated work areas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Verify recount of night shift production
• Handle waste report
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and dated
• Verify the distribution and quality of all products
• Pack all packing cycle orders with deadlines and verify proper conditions and temperature
• Monitor and check all pastry and kitchen orders to be packed
• Supervise staff and handle weekly schedules
• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
• Perform other duties as directed by your manager
