About The Position

Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Determine packaging specifications based on product nature, cost limitations, legal requirements, and protection needs.
  • Design package exteriors considering product identification, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, and production techniques.
  • Develop packaging materials to maximize convenience, utility, and function based on product characteristics and safety requirements.
  • Evaluate and apply innovative solutions and new technologies in packaging design to enhance consumer benefits and reduce environmental impact.
  • Adhere to industry standards and corporate policies for packaging specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and lead environmental sustainability initiatives to support global and corporate environmental goals.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal and external vendor operations, technology, and supply chain processes to integrate solutions into package development.
  • Assess and develop action plans to address packaging-related manufacturing issues.
  • Understand consumer and competitive environments to ensure brand alignment and drive category growth.
  • Recommend new technologies and materials for innovative packaging designs and prototypes.
