Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and leadership experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of administrative experience with previous vision practice experience as a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and EHR Systems
  • Ability to tech, scribe, optical, cross care, and perform Vision Team Lead tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
  • Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, monitor, and ensure effective execution of all policies and procedures by completing administrative tasks correctly and on time
  • Demonstrate a sense of cohesion within the practice that fosters teammate dependability and support by reporting to work as scheduled, listening carefully to others, encouraging teammates' growth by ensuring techs are fully trained, and monitoring performance levels
  • Ensure patients are teched and scribed in a timely manner and assists the team when falling behind
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
  • Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
