About the position

The position involves leading the hardware and PCBA design for optical transceivers, conducting electrical and optical measurements, and creating compliance reports. The candidate will also be responsible for creating firmware requirement documents and conducting RF simulations for high-speed signal communication links. Additionally, the role includes leading the integration of optical, hardware, and firmware components, as well as debugging and troubleshooting optical transceivers. The candidate will create drawings, BOMs, and ECOs to document designs and will interact with program managers, buyers/planners, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of designed parts for builds. Support in resolving all DFM issues and holding architectural, EVT, and DVT phase reviews is also required.
