Lead Operator

As the Lead Operator, you will serve as the production operator. This position will operate in 3 fertilizer coating lines which goes from raw material to packaging, and then to warehousing. ICL Specialty Fertilizers has a manufacturing plant in North Charleston, SC. The facility manufactures controlled-release fertilizer brands Osmocote®, Agroblen®, and Agrocote®. The sites run on a 24 x 6 basis and shifts assignments are on a 12-hour basis that does involve occasional overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage as necessary.
