Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one year manufacturing experience
- Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion
- Strong computer aptitude and experience
- Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required
Responsibilities
- Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.
- Training of operators in accordance to work instructions and training plan.
- Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
- Evaluate new operators following the OJTs
