About The Position

Kent Precision Foods Group, a member of the Kent Corporation Family of Companies, is seeking a Lead Operator to support their operations departments. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of production processes and achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with using a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment as required.
• Assist Operators as needed.
• Support the Production Supervisor in achieving TPU and production goals.
• Adhere to the production schedule.
• Oversee and participate in line operations, ensuring all materials are available for production.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work station.
• Complete all required documents and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Adhere to all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as established by KPFG.
• Perform designated clean-up and sanitation tasks.
• Keep the work area clean of trash and debris, ensuring the floor is in a 'swept clean' condition.
