About The Position
Seeking an experienced fabrication leader to oversee a team producing coated stainless steel duct components. This role ensures safety, quality, and efficient production while providing hands on technical support and daily guidance to fabrication staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sheet metal fabrication or stainless-steel manufacturing
- Prior leadership or lead worker experience
- Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication equipment.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with coated stainless steel preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily work of sheet metal fabricators.
- Assign jobs, manage workflow, and meet production schedules
- Ensure accurate fabrication of stainless steel duct systems
- Enforce safety standards and drive quality compliance
- Train team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
