We’re looking for a Lead, Research Operations who brings both strategic vision and operational rigor to help our high-performing research team work smarter and faster. The User Research team at VistaPrint has earned a strong reputation across the Product Experience organization—and now we’re ready to scale our impact even further. This role isn’t just about keeping research running—it’s about shaping what great Research Ops looks like. In partnership with the Director of User Research, you’ll lead the evolution of our research infrastructure, consent processes, data governance, and ethical standards, ensuring that our operations unlock learning, not limit it. You’ll design systems that are scalable, compliant, and lightweight—removing friction while promoting consistency and trust. Your initiatives will span consent workflows, privacy practices, ethics training, insights tooling, and more. Most importantly, you’ll be a thought partner to researchers and cross-functional leaders, always advocating for solutions that support speed, clarity, and strategic insight generation.
