About The Position

Our Operations team is critical to our success and we are looking for a committed, diligent, and passionate part-time Lead Operations Associate to help support our in-store lottery ticket operations. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be based on-site in Columbus, Ohio. This may be the perfect opportunity if you're interested in operations management, growing your career at a start-up and playing a key role in the growth of a business! Schedule: Hours will vary depending on business need.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School degree
• Prior experience in retail operations
• The willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night and/or occasional weekends or holidays
• An interest in general operations management

Responsibilities

• Be our ultimate lottery ticket processor by fulfilling customer orders in an organized and systematic manner
• Follow open and/or closing procedures for our retail and fulfillment location
• Maintain the regular replenishment of shelves with products, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability
• Ensure in-store equipment remains in good operating condition
• Troubleshoot technical issues on printing/scanning equipment
• Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback as appropriate in a timely manner to the supervisor on duty
• Participate in special ad-hoc projects
• Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality standards
