Position is responsible for managing an administrative function of a department or general office. Also, responsible for performing complex and diversified administrative duties for a department or general office. The Lead Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the ED Manager and Director, including managing schedules for vendor meetings and inter-departmental collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in EPIC and advanced Excel skills, including report generation, data analysis, and visualization. Responsibilities encompass managing work orders, departmental supplies, inventory, patient nutrition orders, and departmental forms. The role also includes payroll support, corrections, and vendor relationship management. We seek a personable, proactive, and pleasant individual with strong interpersonal skills.
