The Lead - Food Safety and Quality reports directly to the Quality Manager and works closely with the processing site management to ensure the continuous integrity of our SQF and HACCP programs. The Lead works proactively with staff from all departments and levels to ensure a safe, quality product is produced. This position oversees the Quality Control Technician/s and Sanitation Crew and will perform the duties of the QC role regularly.
