About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead OB/GYN Medical Assistant who is passionate about OB/GYN care and patient-centered service. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor OB/GYN Medical Assistant staff, including orientation and training Assist providers with exams, procedures, NSTs, and patient education Manage patient flow, rooms, supplies, and medical equipment Support front desk and lab operations as needed Maintain accurate documentation, clinic standards, and regulatory compliance Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and other facilities

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred; eligible for certification pay differential
2–5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
CPR certification required (can be obtained during orientation)

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor OB/GYN Medical Assistant staff, including orientation and training
Assist providers with exams, procedures, NSTs, and patient education
Manage patient flow, rooms, supplies, and medical equipment
Support front desk and lab operations as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, clinic standards, and regulatory compliance
Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and other facilities
