The Washington Odd Fellows Home is looking for an Lead NAC for our skilled nursing department. Successful candidates will have clinical experience and leadership qualities. Possess the abilities to drive standards of care direct of the NAC team and report to the nursing leadership team. The desire to serve our residents but also to provide and apply the policies and procedures set by The Home to the NAC Team Members. This is a rotating 12-hour shift. Base hourly wage is $26.00 - $29.00 Depending on experience.
