WHAT YOU’LL DO As an RN Lead 2, you’ll blend hands‑on nursing with team leadership. Requirements

  • A warm, collaborative spirit and a passion for service
  • An active RN license
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • A desire to help others learn, succeed, and shine
  • The ability to stay organized, flexible, and solution‑focused
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program-specific nursing experience.
  • Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
