About The Position

As the Lead, Nike Value Store (NVS) Planning, you will be a key member of the NVS Planning team, reporting to the Sr Director, North America (NA) NVS Planning. You will collaborate with partners across the NA NVS team & Nike Direct Enterprise Business Planning teams, ensuring operational excellence for a dynamic, store-based business. We’re looking for a results-oriented lead planner with strong organizational and analytical skills, who can drive process consistency and support cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team with a passion for retail and a stores-driven business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• Deep expertise and passion for a stores-based direct to consumer retail business, with a strong understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven track record in retail/inventory planning, financial planning and targeting, merchandising, inventory management, or related operational disciplines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in planning, merchandising, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the operating cadence for NVS planning
• Own Operating Plans
• Facilitate weekly business reviews and actions in partnership with Buying and Allocation cross-functional partners
• Ensure process consistency in monthly and seasonal planning
• Coordinate insights, consolidate key themes, and support the reconciliation process to targets.
• Monthly Operating Planning
• Weekly business reviews and actions.
• Consolidate and elevate insights, risks & opportunities, and actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process the business with consistency and operational excellence.
