About The Position

The Overnight Warehouse Lead Driver position is an hourly (non-exempt) and non-CDL role that involves both warehouse work and driving for residential deliveries of various publications during early morning hours, starting at 1AM. This position requires working approximately 30 hours per week, with hours and schedule subject to variation based on business needs. PCF is a Distribution Service Provider with nearly 40 years of experience in delivering to the high-density, high-pressure Northeast region, from southern New Jersey to southern New Hampshire.

Requirements

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence
• Automobile insurance at limits required by PCF
• Ability to use computer and other office equipment
• May be required to be trained and be able to use the pallet jack or other warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

• Unloads newspapers from delivery trucks
• Assists in dispatching newspapers to delivery drivers
• Drives routes using personal vehicle, covers open routes and delivers newspapers to residences
• Other duties and tasks may be required as assigned by management
