Job Description: What You'll Do Lead role is responsible for overseeing the monthly billing of fees to business partners (i.e. Processors, Financial Institutions) across billing product lines and leading cross-functional process improvement projects within the Payments Network. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing of monthly fees across all product lines to network business partners (i.e. processors, financial institutions, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects within systems, processes and templates.
• Responsible for managing Billing communication and correspondences for Billing inquiries.
• Act as Billing SME for monthly fees across network business.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance, Continuous Improvement, Accounting, Project Management or related.
• 6+ years in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or Related Field.
• In lieu of education, 10+ years in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or Related Field.
