As a Lead Network Release Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for content development and publication of network documentation to external network partners, including Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, and processors, via Network Release publications. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to accurately document partner requirements for compliance and produce accurate and effective publications in accordance with business requirements, SOPs, and controls, while adhering to established deadlines. Additionally, you will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within your day-to-day role to management.
