Lead .NET FSE (Onsite)

About the position

We are seeking a Lead .NET FSE to join our team, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end development processes, including front-end and back-end architecture, cloud integration, and database management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensures code quality through reviews, and mentors' junior developers. Drives innovation by implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements

• Possess strong experience in Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable web applications
• Have a solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior developers
• Show proficiency in using version control systems like Git
• Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Possess a strong understanding of database design and optimization
