About The Position

Buddy Moving is growing quickly across DFW and hiring dependable Lead Movers & Drivers who want strong earnings, real benefits, and a long-term path into training or management. Position at a glance Role Lead residential and commercial moving crews across DFW and help set the standard for safety, pace, and customer service. Comp Typical overall earnings: $26-$32/hr (base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses). On-call pay: +$5/hr when called in. Weekly pay every Friday. Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs and handle long, physical workdays.
21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to pass background check and drug test.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

Lead residential and commercial moving crews.
