  • Tools: Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Cavalry, Figma; proficient in Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D software like Houdini or Blender) and emerging AI animation apps.

Nice To Haves

  • Dedication to craft: A maker at heart with an obsession for the nuance of every frame and the physics of every transition.
  • Proactivity: The ability to take a vague brief and turn it into a polished, final product without needing constant direction.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable pivoting between different visual styles and project scales while maintaining a high velocity of output.
  • Ownership: Taking full responsibility for Oura’s motion output and being accountable for the quality and success of every project.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with other creatives and cross functional partners, and clearly articulate the "why" behind motion decisions to stakeholders.

  • Keep a constant pulse on the latest motion trends, tools, and generative AI applications to keep the brand at the cutting edge.
  • Execute multiple high-impact motion projects simultaneously, maintaining an uncompromising standard of craft from concept to final render.
