About The Position

The Molding Lead position involves performing varied and complex tasks under minimal supervision. The role includes orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other employees, while also motivating and encouraging them to reach their goals. The Molding Lead must work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain a cooperative working relationship with employees and supervisors. Responsibilities also include keeping records of approved and defective units or final products, adapting new procedures and techniques, and serving as a resource for resolving complex problems. The position requires adherence to company quality standards and may involve assuming supervisor or manager duties in their absence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
