  • Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology
  • Strong English language skills including grammar and composition for report generation and client communication
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of accountability and comfort handling escalations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of mobile engineers throughout Mississippi by conducting daily check-ins (morning and afternoon), coordinating technician assignments, reviewing and approving every service ticket before dispatch, and providing technical guidance and support to team members in the field
  • Manage administrative and operational functions including payroll approval, timesheet review, ensuring all team members properly check in/check out daily, overseeing purchasing activities (P-card transactions and marketplace orders), and generating reports for senior management
  • Serve as the 24/7 on-call primary contact for all after-hours emergency calls, dispatch appropriate technicians, coordinate emergency response remotely when needed, and make critical decisions regarding service priorities and resource allocation.
  • Travel extensively throughout your territory to conduct site visits, check on team members, perform quality control inspections, and ensure service standards are met across all locations
  • Perform hands-on technical work including preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building automation, and various commercial building systems
  • Identify and implement operational improvements by spotting energy savings opportunities, handling escalations, resolving complex service issues, and maintaining compliance with JLL standards and client requirements
  • Monitor team performance and drive results by ensuring service quality standards are met, coordinating workload distribution across multiple job sites, and making independent decisions with minimal supervision
