Essential Functions Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on developing advanced AI and machine learning solutions. Design, implement, and optimize low latency and high throughput systems that are highly available and scalable. Drive architecture decisions and best practices for deploying machine learning models into production environments. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver robust AI-powered applications. Ensure systems are monitored and maintained for performance, reliability, and security. Utilize orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Nomad for container management and deployment. Work with fast data stores and high-performance messaging systems, including Rust and Aeron.
