About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will manage production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean production guidelines. You will assign and coordinate jobs with the production crews, keeping the Operations Manager and Production Manager updated on all aspects of production. This role involves supervising 1-6 field technicians allocated to assigned jobs, coordinating SLA requirements, materials, equipment, and supplies for each job, and completing job files while monitoring jobs from start to completion. Our Crew Chiefs take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Requirements

  • Experience in equipment/asset and labor management, and software/computer skills
  • Strong Customer Service and communication skills
  • IICRC, RIA, or comparable Certifications required
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Responsibilities

  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
