Lead Mitigation Technician /Supervisor Position Overview Reporting to the Production Manager, the Lead Mitigation Technician/Supervisor supports emergency response and restoration projects to ensure the goals and needs of the insurance companies and our customers are being met. The Mitigation Technician Lead is responsible for providing technical direction for jobs and projects involving fire, smoke, water, mold and bio-hazard restoration. Assist in overseeing and the coordination of all facets of restoration. Position Overview Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. We are local ONLY, no need to worry about traveling out of state. Specialized drying, practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. We are proficient in the use of scopes f work and floor plans and are familiar with the integration of heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems to enhance the drying systems. During Monsoon situations, advanced specialists can lead multiple teams and take on significant production responsibility. With this position you will learn the science of drying from a MSR (Master Water Restorer) and MWR (Master Water Restorer) on staff.
