About The Position
The Lead Military Pay Technician is responsible for overseeing the processing of military pay transactions, providing instructions, and balancing the workload among three or more employees. This role involves ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining communication about work progress, and making necessary adjustments based on established priorities. The technician will also be responsible for estimating completion times, maintaining records of work accomplishments, and preparing production reports as needed. Additionally, the technician will instruct employees on job requirements, develop written instructions, and review technician transactions for accuracy.
