About the position
Join the #1 Beer distributor in the United States! This position is full-time with start times between 4am and 6am, and a schedule of 5 days a week including weekends. The role offers monthly car and mileage reimbursement and provides an independent work environment merchandising on a local route close to home. Responsibilities
- Support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team.
- Identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
- Utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores.
- Provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
- 7 months plus of general work experience.
- Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
Nice-to-haves
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
