About The Position

We are hiring immediately and offering the following: Shift: Full-time with a 6:00am start time, 2 consecutive days off Pay: hourly + Monthly Car Allowance and Mileage Reimbursement + Overtime Available Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment) 401k with Company match Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays (when scheduled to work) Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment Independent work environment Multiple Employee Events through the Year Voted Best Places to Work & Top Workplaces for 2025 Account Territories Include: North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, Walterboro Position Responsibilities: The Lead Merchandiser will support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team As a Lead Merchandiser, you will identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck, and/or utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores You will provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: 7 months plus of general work experience Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements. Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law. Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.
