What You’ll Do: As our Lead Clinical Therapist supporting Arlington, VA and Washington, DC, you will provide clinical services while supporting the Executive Director in the oversight of clinical operations, staff supervision, and program development. This role blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. As part of the organization’s leadership team, this position plays a key role in the continued growth and expansion of services, including the development and launch of our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs alongside our already existing services. Here, you will contribute to program design, clinical structure, and interdisciplinary integration to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
