About The Position

Chesapeake Treatment Center, a 29 bed residential center for adolescent males, is seeking a Full-time Lead Mental Health Technician. The overall responsibility of this role is to supervise direct care staff in the absence of a Milieu Supervisor to ensure a safe, secure and effective treatment setting for all residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience working with adolescents
• Experience in residential treatment
• Must be 21 years of age
• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree
• Bilingual
• 2 to 4 years of experience in residential treatment
