You will be an expert on production team workflows and drive goals and KPIs for the team of support staff to meet business objectives while providing coaching and leadership. You will partner with stakeholders to identify and develop workflow improvements to enhance efficiencies for the team. You will report into the Manager, Member and Provider Services. Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
