About The Position

As part of the Cascade Station Branch, the Lead Member Advocate works closely with branch management to train staff, complete operations duties, and support the branch team in resolving complex member requests. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in financial services with experience in cross-selling and training, or a combination of related education and experience.
  • Ability to be certified through NMLS and as a Notary Public in Oregon/Washington.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with escalated service resolution preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are helpful.
