As the Holy Family Hospitals Lead Medical Technologist, you will assist the Core Lab Supervisor in day-to-day operations. Serves as department contact in the manager's absence. Follows appropriate lines of communication to effectively resolve difficult patient/family/physician/staff situations. You will be asked to respond promptly and courteously to customer (Internal & external)/patient requests. While communicating effectively with internal and external customers with respect to differences in cultures, values, beliefs and ages.
