This is a unique opportunity to deliver safe, high-quality, and personalized emergency care in a small community setting--with the full support and clinical resources of the Memorial Hermann system. We are currently seeking a Lead Medical Technologist to join our team! Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts; 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; rotating weekends. Position is responsible for daily supervision of assigned laboratory operations including scheduling of staff and processes, ensuring quality, cost efficiencies and patient (customer) satisfaction; performs certain management functions as directed by the Department Manager or Lab Director. Represents the Laboratory in the absence of the Manager; delivers certain, appropriate patient care according to the age of the patient/population served.
