As the Lead of the clinic Scribe team, you will be responsible for the oversight and supervision of Scribe staff, along with assisting in the everyday duties of a Medical Scribe. This would include ensuring implementation and compliance with all company policies, onboarding and training new employees, and providing guidance and counseling to all Scribe staff. Other clerical functions of the role will include maintaining timecards, processing PTO requests, creating and managing employee schedules, and troubleshooting basic computer and EMR problems. Your goals of building and maintaining a successful team will be aided by the Clinic Administrator who is a resource for troubleshooting issues and providing support.
