Lead Medical Assistant in New Primary Care Model for Dialysis Patients DaVita is pioneering a new approach to primary care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESKD) directly within our dialysis centers. We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Medical Assistant to be our founding MA, helping us build and shape this groundbreaking program. It is estimated that 30-50% of patients with renal failure do not receive consistent primary care support, resulting in increased morbidity, hospitalizations, and mortality. You will work with a Nurse Practitioner to address the health barriers patients with kidney disease face. Our goal is simple: keep patients out of the hospital and living longer. Come join us!
