About The Position

The Clinical Office Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a dermatology and oncology-focused medical office. This position oversees daily clinical workflows, supports medical staff, and ensures exceptional patient care and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Requirements

  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
  • Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • Administrative — Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
  • Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic and how to apply.
  • Medicine — Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
  • Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
  • Psychology — Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
  • Public Safety and Security — Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Aides in the oversight and management of clinical flow, the interaction of all clinical staff, and all daily functions.
  • Works with senior management to plan, post, and manage monthly staffing schedules
  • Responsible for successful completion and performance assignments per the Assigned Duties List.
  • Assist with Advertising in our area with any material that Marketing provides
  • Ensure all reports are done by deadline, (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Submitting payroll at the end of pay periods.
  • Oversee that all staff complete their job tasks by deadlines
  • Meet patient satisfactory and continuously work to improve patient satisfactory
  • Work in a professional manner to resolve conflicts among all staff
  • Ensure all OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations are routinely followed
  • Make all bank deposits and send copy of deposit receipt to appropriate department
  • Maintain inventory and send supply order
  • Assign and oversee that all logs (Botox Log, Narcotic Log, MOHS Log, etc.) are properly maintained
  • Take necessary disciplinary measures with approval from Sr. Manager and HR Director
  • Ensure that all vehicle maintenance is up to date and all registration and insurance cards are up to date.
