About The Position

The Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Strategic Communications Solutions (SCS) engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Level Mechanical Engineer that is passionate about the development of electronics equipment enclosures and integration of items into rack level assemblies. These designs will contain a mixture of high-power componentry and radio frequency (RF) shielding considerations in addition to challenging size, weight, and power dissipation requirements. This position will require ownership of budget and schedule as well as coordination with a highly cross-functional team to ensure quality and compliance of designs throughout the entirety of their lifecycles. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving innovation in the design, development, and test of electronic equipment supporting military communications missions.
