About The Position

As a Lead Mechanic at Home Depot, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of various equipment and vehicles used in our operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to lead a team of technicians in a multisite environment. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and that safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to work in a multisite environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Certification in automotive or diesel mechanics.
• Experience with fleet maintenance.
