What you will do as a Lead Instructor : Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with parents and guardians Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

Requirements

Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II
Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Responsibilities
