About The Position

As the Field Materials Lead, you’ll ensure the right materials reach the right teams at the right time—driving operational efficiency, supporting field and manufacturing productivity, and keeping projects moving without delay. Your leadership in inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse organization directly supports our rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, or general labor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead daily operations with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, vendors, and shippers
  • Ability to learn and use inventory documentation systems (Epicor experience a plus)
  • High School diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a lead, coordinator, or senior associate role preferred
  • Forklift or telehandler operation experience preferred (certification or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations, ensuring accurate check‑ins and PO matching
  • Coordinate material requests for tools, equipment, and stock items across field, warehouse, and manufacturing teams
  • Supervise and support materials handlers or warehouse associates to maintain productivity and workflow
  • Perform and oversee daily cycle counts to ensure precise inventory levels
  • Manage and clear the materials queue in Epicor, ensuring timely processing and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal manufacturing teams, project staff, and external shippers to ensure material availability and on‑time deliveries
  • Maintain clean, organized, safe warehouse and storage environments
  • Pull, stage, load, and unload materials for customer and project orders
  • Inventory, organize, and label materials across warehouse and storage areas
  • Support administrative tasks related to materials, shipping, and internal requests
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain daily housekeeping standards, including trash removal and workspace organization
