We’re looking for a hands-on leader to support material flow and warehouse operations in Raleigh, NC. If you have experience in material handling, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and want to help drive efficiency on the shop floor, this is your opportunity to grow your career. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Shift/Hours, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environments.
  • Strong understanding of material flow and shop-floor operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a lead or senior material handling role preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience with powered industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform material handling tasks including staging, transporting, scanning, and organizing materials.
  • Support daily shift coordination and assist with assigning work tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute job documentation and production assignments.
  • Ensure accurate movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Maintain proper labeling, scanning, and storage of materials.
  • Communicate material shortages or workflow issues to leadership.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
