About The Position

The position involves overseeing the logistics warehouse operations, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is available for material handlers, and verifying the accuracy of materials required for orders. The role includes delegating tasks to material handlers to address manpower shortages and ensuring that all materials are staged and ready for production orders with the appropriate documentation attached. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the 5S standards of the logistics warehouse, investigating and communicating any material shortages or damaged product issues, and adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety rules, including HSE compliance as per POL-012. Additional related duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to operate PC programs for communication and retrieving documents and information.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and warehousing factors related to job tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Qualified to operate forklift.
• Must speak, read, and write English to satisfy job requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or equivalent experience in warehousing activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper paperwork is available for material handlers.
• Verifies accuracy of materials required for orders.
• Delegates material handlers to cover manpower shortages.
• Assures all materials are staged and ready for production orders and documentation is attached.
• Responsible for 5S of logistics warehouse.
• Investigates and communicates material shortages and damaged product issues.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety rules.
• HSE compliance belonging to POL-012.
• Performs other related duties as required.
